Day 167. Women Only

For all the men in my blogging life, ignore the title. You’re more than welcome here. Feel free to come in, make yourselves at home, and read away. All will become sisterhoodclear in a minute or two.

When I watched the Golden Globes last Sunday, in their acceptance speeches, both Jodi Foster and Kevin Costner sounded like they were retiring from the business. At least that’s what it sounded like to me. I guess time will tell. It matters not. I’m only bringing it up because I find myself, once again, being offered another award. For which I am very grateful.

Sincere thanks go to Chris, the woman behind Press “M” for Menopause. Like so many of us she’s a multi-tasker, with tons on her plate. She turned to blogging because she thought it would be a great way to express herself; and meet people with similar interests. She’s also a very good photographer, who’s just bought herself a fabulous, new camera. Day 160. Acceptance Speeches

Guess what.  It’s that time of year again.  The People’s Choice Awards just took place last Wednesday night.  The Golden Globes are tonight.  Both the Oscar and beautiful blogger awardGrammy nominations have already been announced.  We’ll find out who all the winners are next month.

Right here, on WordPress, bloggers continue to receive the nod from fellow bloggers, on a daily basis.

And it seems my blog is up for another award.  The Beautiful Blogger.

You’ll be very grateful to know my acceptance speech is very short and sweet.  I will not be clutching a cheat sheet full of notes and names.
