I hesitate to say this out loud, but …

… increasingly, when it comes to Toronto I’ve got a case of the blahs. I’m sorry, I know a lot of you are fans and staunch supporters — which I certainly have been — but I’ve got to be honest.

While I do believe that Toronto has tons of potential I also feel that too much of it is still untapped. And yeah, it frustrates and disappoints me.

Finally, something to feel good about …

These days everyone’s attention seems to be focused on “millennials.” Marketers everywhere are trying to figureperennials them out, desperate to find ways of reaching them, talking to them, convincing them to notice their brands, to like their brands, to choose their brands. To favour their brands with their attention, their praise, their cold hard cash. To favour their brands with their loyalty and their reco’s.

They’re proving to be a tough crowd, but I’ll save that conversation for another day.
